Drinking alcohol & setting limits.
Our research shows that the majority of Manitobans – and young adults in particular – don't know what a standard drink is. Young adults may drink more alcohol than they plan to which could lead to unexpected negative effects.
Also, the way people think about drinking at home can be different from how they think about drinking while out socially and because of this, they may not be setting limits that can help lower the risks to themselves and their health.

if you plan to drink alcohol.
